Cancellation and Refund Policy

We thank You for registering with Us. Please read the policy, conditions and proceed carefully as this will give You important information and guidelines about Your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase You make through Us unless specifically stated otherwise on Our App.

Cancellation by App/User

As a User, You may cancel your subscription at any time before the expiry of the Term of your subscription. To cancel your subscription email us at contact@medhive.in. If You do not cancel Your subscription of our Services, at the end of Your term of subscription, Your Subscription will not be auto-renewed. We will send you email specifying the amount that would be charged to Your preferred mode of payment.

The App at its sole discretion may cancel Your subscription:

if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Service, or

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users, and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time.

Refund

There will be no refund (Full or Pro-rated) should You cancel the subscription before the termination of the Agreement or if Your subscription was terminated by the App under any circumstance.
